Delivery in Manhattan  
 
Products and ingredients ordered before 2:00 pm EST are delivered same day after 5:30PM to RESIDENTIAL addresses ONLY, Monday through Friday. Delays may occur due to circumstances beyond our control.
  • Deliveries in Manhattan are $20.00 per address (signature required).
  • Deliveries are made to Residential Addresses ONLY. Please make sure someone is present to receive order.
  • We deliver from Battery Park through 96th Street.
  • Orders placed after 2:00 pm EST on Friday will deliver the following Monday.

A UPS instant shipping calculator (linked directly to UPS servers) will give you the most accurate estimated shipping amount possible depending on the method chosen. You will need to register or login first since calculation is made per your shipping zip code and total weight of your shipment. We may have to ship separately items to ensure that your order will arrive without damage and/or alteration to the inherent quality of ingredients and revise your shipping charges accordingly.

International Shipping:
Due to restrictions, beyond our control, from all carriers (UPS, FedEx, USPS) we cannot ship Perishable items outside the continental United States, or to APO/FPO.

Chocolate and chocolate confections:
We use thermo-insulated boxes to ship your professional chocolates and chocolate products during summer months. We use them year-round for chocolate confections that require to be kept at a cold temperature (items containing butter or cream and/or unstable ingredients). These items may require a UPS NEXT DAY Air shipping to ensure your products will arrive in outstanding condition. All frozen food products are carefully packaged to maintain optimum quality. As needed, we will add dry ice and/or ice packs to your order to ensure proper freezing/refrigeration during shipment.

An email containing your UPS tracking number is sent to your email address when your shipment is ready to leave our warehouse. This email contains the scheduled day of delivery and will allow you to check the status of your package directly with UPS at www.ups.com/us.

   


Shipping Policy  
 


Express Services:
Products and ingredients ordered with Express Service (Next Day, 2nd Day) before 2:00PM EST are shipped the very same day. Please call us Before placing your order to insure products and/or ingredients is in stock.

  • Express orders placed after 2:00PM EST Monday through Thursday will ship the following day.
  • Express orders placed after 2:00PM EST on Friday will ship the following Monday. Please call us for Saturday delivery. 

Saturday Delivery:
This service is available in limited areas for an additional fee. To see if your delivery area qualifies, call us toll-free at 866-350-7575 to inquire about your order.

Ground Services:

  • We will try our very best to ensure that all UPS Ground orders are processed within 48 hours.
Orders containing frozen and/or refrigerated items, placed between 3:30 pm EST Thursday and 3:30 pm EST Monday, will ship on Monday. If your order contains a mix of refrigerated and non/refrigerated items they can be shipped separately. Please call us at 866-350-7575 to let us know.

Specify Future Shipment Date:
If you would like to specify future shipping dates to reserve your selections now, please call our Customer Service Center to place your order at 866-350-7575.

   


Shipping Material  
 
We are concerned with the future of our planet and strive to minimize the amount of waste produced. We use recyclable material whenever possible (even the tape on your shipping box is paper), and use recyclable filling material. We also reused some of the material from original packaging sent by our suppliers. This is the reason you may still find some non-recyclable filling in your packaging. But since we also want to make sure your shipment arrives in its entirety we will not compromise its integrity and risking creating more waste. Reduce, reuse, recycle whenever possible is our motto.

You also have as a customer taking a step in the right direction. Shopping online help reduce waste and pollution!

   


Shipping Costs  
 
Your shipping charges are automatically estimated on site while ordering using the UPS instant calculator. Shipping charges are based on zip code final destinaton and total weight of your order. (we think this is the fairest shipping cost calculation). We may need to separate certain items and ship in separate boxes to avoid possible breakage or and spillage and will adjust shipping charges accordingly. To insure quality Frozen/Refrigerated ingredients and dry goods will ship separately.

Gift Certificates (coming soon) are an exception: All Gift Certificates ship
free by USPS Priority Mail to the recipient of your choice.


   


Shipping Restrictions  
 
Due to carriers restrictions we are not able to ship Perishable Items outside the United States, or to APO/FPO.

Please contact Customer Service at 866-350-7575 for detailed information regarding Alaska, Hawaii, and Canada shipments including actual shipping charges and methods.

   


Sales Tax  
 
Sales taxes when applicable are added to shipment delivered to New York State.
