Banyuls Vinegar - France - Aged in oak barrels for 5 years.
Traditional vinegar from Banyuls is aged in oak barrels and bottled at the estate. This vinegar is elaborated from natural sweet wines aged for four years in oak barrels under the Mediterranean sun. After a traditional acetification this vinegar returns in oak barrels for another twelve months. A naturally subtle sweetness from the grapes is balanced with strong and powerful fragrance of walnuts, beewax, spice bread, vanilla, and licorice to give an uncomparable character to your recipes.
