Australian Murray River Flake
Australian Pink Flake Salt is best suited for bold dishes like venison and other game meat as it has an almost bitter background flavor. It is a mined salt as well with a beautiful light pink hue darker than the Peruvian salt. We use it interchangeably with that salt.
