Palm Island Hawaiian Black
Hawaiian Black Lava is our salt of choice for delicate scallop appetizers. Pan seared your scallops and simply finished with just a pinch of black salt for award winning appetizer cuisine. This salt is evaporated in above ground pools with purified black lava rock. Activated charcoal is added for color and detoxifying effects. Also great on dishes for adding a small contrasting element such as scallops or preparation with raw fish as in carpaccios.
