Chestnut Cream with Vanilla
Creme de Marrons a la Vanille. A sweet Chestnut Cream from Agrimontana made without preservatives, coloring, flavoring or chemicals. This cream is made out primarily of whole chestnuts candied and transformed into a spreadable chestnut cream. It can be used for high quality confections, bonbons, and truffles. It can also be added to your ganaches, mousses, and ice creams.
Ingredients: Chestnuts, cane sugar, natural Bourbon vanilla. Contains 48% fruit. Total sugar content 60%. Keep cool after opening.
