These raisin danishes are hand-made in the traditonal way using top quality ingredients here in New York by our French pastry chef, not in a remote factory. Let your raisin danishes proof (rise) overnight and bake them in the morning for a fantastic breakfast of freshly baked "Pain aux raisins". Packed six per vacuum bag they will keep for up to two months in your freezer.
