These "Croissants au jambon" are hand-made in the traditonal way using top quality ingredients here in New York City by our French pastry chef, not in a remote factory. Let your ham and cheese croissants proof (rise) overnight and bake them for the incredible smell of freshly baked "Croissants au jambon". Packed four per vacuum bag they will keep for up to two months in your freezer. Two bags for a total of 8 ham & cheese croissants.

Your croissants will ship overnight same day when you are ordering them Monday through Thursday (please place your order before 2:00pm EST).
