Light Brown Muscovado is a soft, moist, fine grained sugar with a distinctive creamy fudge flavor. It is ideal for all your baking needs, especially cookies, cakes, candies, and sweet sauces. It is a pure cane sugar produced on the beautiful Mauritius island. The natural molasses are not refined out leaving this sugar with a natural color and sweet aroma. Contains no preservatives.
Please Note: We have replaced this light brown sugar with "Vergeoise Blonde". Vergeoises are fluid sugars that do not "cake" and have a pleasant caramel taste. You can find them
