Praliné Grains Noisettes - Caramelized Hazelnut Crumbs This is a great additive for Praliné when a texture and/or bite are needed. These caramelized crumbs can be added to cakes, ice creams, bonbons, and truffles and to any of our Praline Pastes such as La Gentile 100% Pure Hazelnut Paste as well as to our Cacao Barry Almond / Hazelnut Paste or even to our Agrimontana Pure Hazelnut Paste . The caramelization prevents them from getting soggy when mix with other ingredients.
