Sicoly Fruit Purees Sicoly is a small, fruits purveyor and puree producer. Their excellent products have consistently been ranked first or second in blind taste testing throughout Europe. Sicoly is a cooperative of fruit growers near Lyon; they own their orchards and have complete control over their production, harvesting time and fruit processing, and as such can ensure excellence of quality control and production. L'Epicerie is pleased to offer our customers these gems available in a full gamut of flavors. Whether you use them for flavorful trendy cocktails, pastries, sorbets, or ice creams, your recipe will benefit from using a superior base ingredient. The container holds 1kg (2.2 lbs) of Frozen Fruit Puree and offer an easy-to-use storage option. The re-sealable lids allow for reuse up to a week when defrosted and kept in the refrigerator.

Sicoly Apricot Puree contains 90% apricots and 10% added sugar with a Brix of 22.

Each pail contains 1 kg / 2.2 lbs. of Frozen Fruit Puree.

Please Read Carefully: We STRONGLY recommend, especially during the summer months, that you order a minimum of four (4) purees - The reason being: Bigger cold mass stays frozen longer - Not to mention the fact that shipping cost is the same whether you have 4 purees in your container or only 1 !

We cannot be responsible if thawing start occurring during transit unless Next Day Air, or 2nd Day Air has been chosen as shipping method.
