Pastry Chefs Florian Bellanger, and Ludovic Augendre, both formerly of Fauchon in New York City have concocted the outstanding creations offered on this page. For your parties, weddings and celebrations this tray of 48 hand-made parisian macarons is a sure winner. The trays have been specially designed to separate individually each macaron and minimize breakage during transportation. Please note: Due to the extremely fragile nature of macarons some breakage may occur during shipment.

An insulated box is added for extra protection.

Please Note: Special Orders may require up to 48 hours to be processed. During heavy Holiday seasons some flavors may no longer be available due to high demand (i.e. out-of-stock). We reserve the right to substitute different flavors to complete your order.

This tray of 48 parisian macarons is customizable in six of the thirteen flavors available. --- Choose by row of eight cookies the different flavors. You can choose two, three, or more rows in the same flavors. The thirteen flavors now available are: Almond - Apricot - Chocolate - Cinnamon - Coffee - Gianduja (chocolate & hazelnut) - Lemon - Macha (green tea) - Peanut Butter - Pistachio - Raspberry - Vanilla - White Chocolate.
