These products are extremely hygroscopic and avoiding the meltdown in humid environment of a "Piece Montee" is a constant issue. NougaSec, is the solution to these serious problems.

Use : 7 to 10% of sugar weight used in your recipe. Do not alter your recipes, simply incorporate the corresponding weight measure of "NougaSec" in your sugar, mixing it well before incorporating in your recipe.
