know that we are experiencing a higher than normal order volume at this
time. This increased volume has caused shipping delays in our
warehouse, resulting in our inability to ship all orders out within the
1-2 business days that we typically pride ourselves on. At this time,
we are seeing some orders take 3-4 days to ship. We apologize in advance
for any inconvenience this delay may cause you. We assure you that we
are working diligently to get orders shipped as quickly as possible.

Also please note that during the situation with Covid-19 both FedEx and UPS have removed their ON-TIME delivery Guarantees. Meaning if a shipment is not delivered within the Express time frame chosen both companies will not refund any shipping fees.
