As the world is returning to some kind of normalcy we are now experiencing delays in our supply chain!
Here are a few examples of the issues contributing to current delays of up to 4 to 6 weeks:
- A lack of container availability is delaying products departures from Europe.
- Producers are unable to fulfill our orders on time because of the difficulty procuring necessary production supplies (such as bags, bottles, boxes, and pallets).
- A tremendous backlog of ships waiting to unload is causing delays at U.S. arrival ports.
- A shortage of truckers is delaying incoming freight delivery.
Also please note that during the situation with Covid-19 both FedEx and UPS have removed their ON-TIME delivery Guarantees. Meaning if a shipment is not delivered within the Express time frame chosen both companies will not refund any shipping fees.
