Banyuls Vinegar Traditional vinegar from Banyuls is aged for 5 years in oak barrels and bottled at the estate. This vinegar is elaborated from natural sweet wines aged for four years in oak barrels under the Mediterranean sun. After a traditional acetification this vinegar returns in oak barrels for another twelve months.
