Venezuela - Sur del Lago 65% - Complex chocolate flavors are accented by subtle hints of red berry fruit. Cacao beans used to make this chocolate are harvested from trees of Criollo and Trinitario heritage in Venezuela's Sur del Lago region. Artisan-crafted on traditional grinding mills that also produce milk chocolate. Each block is dividable in 20 twenty blocks of 25g (.88 oz.) each.
Ingredients: Cacao beans, pure cane sugar, cocoa butter, soy lecithin, vanilla beans.
