Mariage de Grand Crus - Abinao 85% The strength of tannins - Africa only began to cultivate cocoa, a plant that originated in Latin America, in the 19th century. Today, the countries producing Forastero cacao on small family farms lie in the heart of the tropical belt of this vast continent. As with every Valrhona Grand Mariage de Grand Crus, Abinao is the result of a subtle dosing of several sensory dimensions, that produces a dominant flavour. High cocoa content and a blend of African beans make Abinao a Mariage de Grand Crus whose bitter sweetness is sustained by the strength of the tannin. Technical use include pastry, chocolate fillings, moulding, couverture and icing.
Ingredients: Cocoa beans, brown sugar, cocoa butter, natural vanilla flavor. Emulsifier: soy lecithin. This product may contain traces of nuts, milk and egg proteins, gluten and peanut.
