Home/PASTRY INGREDIENTS/CHOCOLATE/Chocolate - Professional Couverture/Valrhona - Grand Cru - Dominican Republic - Tainori 64%
Grand Cru de Terroir - Taïnori - Pure Dominican Republic Valrhona selects carefully fermented Trinitario cacao from ancient plantations in the Dominican Republic, the island with the highest mountains in the Caribbean. Tainori, a Grand Cru de Terroir from the Dominican Republic, was born in this region where the sub-tropical climate and violent hurricanes have shaped the landscape into a mosaic of different types of soils. At first its taste evokes the flavor of yellow fruit, then the fresh notes of citrus fruit, and finally those of dried fruit. The result calls to mind cacao plantations and warm bread. Ingredients: Cocoa beans from the Dominican Republic, sugar, cocoa butter, natural vanilla flavor. Emulsifier: soy lecithin. This product may contain traces of nuts, milk and egg proteins, gluten and peanut.
TAÏNORI slowly reveals fresh tropical fruit flavors followed by notes of toasted nuts and dried fruit with a hint of warm bread.
Ingredients: Cocoa beans from the Dominican republic 55.57%, sugar 35.1%, cocoa butter 8.9%, emulsifier: sunflower lecithin 0.4%, natural vanilla extract 0.03%.
Valrhona feves are easier to melt than bars -- does not require breaking and/or chopping -- Each feve weighs 3gr making it easy to weigh without a scale -- 19 feves equals 2 oz.
