Candied Small Clementines (clementinas) These small candied clementines, approximately 1.2 in - 1.50 in in diameter and 40g/1.4oz in weight, from Spain origin, are the top of the crop. They come drained (meaning you are not paying for inexpensive syrup at the price of fruits), making them also easier and faster to enrobe in sugar, or chocolate. Cut and shape them in intricate decoration for cakes, or add them up in bonbons confections. They are also a delight to serve as is!
