Dry Wheat Malt Powder (Diastatic) is a dough conditioner, made by blending malted barley flour, wheat flour and dextrose. It is a sweet, light-colored powder designed for use in all types of yeast raised dough.
Keep in a cool, dry and low humidity environment in tightly closed bag for up to 6 months.
