Usage: Replace active dry yeast on a one to one basis (same weight of SAF-Instant Red than active dry yeast). For recipes calling for compressed yeast replace with 1/3 the weight of yeast called for with SAF-Instant Red, then add 2/3 water to your mix to compensate for the loss of water.
Storing: This yeast is shelf stable and can be kept in an airtight container on your shelves or for longer conservation keep it in your refrigerator.
