Carma Massa Ticino - Tropic - A highly reputable product used by many professional pastry chefs it is primarily well suited to wrap cakes and cookies. This fondant has a perfect white flat and matte finish. This is one of the easiest one to work with to achieve the perfect professional look your pastry creations deserve. It is lightly sweet and can be tainted with coloring to achieve desired effects and presentation. Keep tightly wrapped in plastic film inside a container to avoid drying.
"Tropic" means this fondant can be used in high humidity environment without melting or creating undesired wet spots the way other less expensive fondants do.
Ingredients: Sugar, glucose syrup (wheat), water, hydrogenated vegetable fat (palm kernel), gum tragacanth (a gelling agent), vegetable fat (sunflower), glycerol, citric acid, vanillin (artificial flavor).
