Trimoline - Invert Sugar A sugar syrup obtained from the beet and cane sugar syrups. Trimoline is an un-crystallizable sugar that allow freshness and softness to remain for longer period of time. This product should not be submit to important temperature variations or kept near sunlight. Trimoline has a higher dry content than any other "alternative" and why it has always the reference for bakers and pastry chefs. Don't settle for substitute!
