Sucre Neige or Snow Sugar is a powdered sugar (10X) used for decor on top of pastries. Sucre-neige is a specialty sugar that does not melt easily and resist mixing and binding with your pastry humidity avoiding to create a messy and unsightly topping as with regular powdered sugar.
Advantages: Easy to sift, Refrigerator and Freezer stable, Resistant to humidity, Remains White on fine pastry, appropriate for dusting on Jelly, Jams, and/or Fruits.
Ingredients: Dextrose, corn starch, palm oil, magnesium stearate, natural flavor.
