La Bovida Sel Rose or Pink Salt
Sel Rose or Selrose salt is used for preserving charcuteries and meats helping them keep their rosy or pinkish color for an appetizing presentation.
Ingredients: Sodium chloride, dextrose, sodium ascorbate E301 (7.5%), citric acid E330 (2%), cochineal coloring E120 (0.3%), monosodium glutamate E621 (0.08%), spices, silicon dioxide E551.
Usage: Per each 1kg / 2.2 lbs. of meat add 4g / 0.14 oz of Sel Rose. Add another 18 gr / 0.6 oz of nitrite salt, spices, and pepper to taste. Use diluted in water or pickling liquid, or dry as a rub.
