Couscous Mix

Couscous Mix. This spice blend from renowned La Bovida - Paris is a balanced mix of spices created to achieve superior taste in the traditional North-African dish. This mix is composed of hot chilies peppers, fenugreek, blend of peppers, and aromatic herbs and salt. Very flavorful et midly spicy with a note of lamb meat. Add a warm color to broth and "bouillons" it is commonly used for cooking meat and vegetables served with couscous and tajines.
For recipe: Add approximately 1 oz. per quart of liquid.
