Customers with email addresses ending in @yahoo.com, @compuserve.com, and @aol.com may not receive email notifications, orders confirmation and/or shipping information. For unknown and unexplainable reasons Verizon, owner of these email addresses, is blocking ANY email sent by our company to these email addresses. We have been trying very hard for the past 18 months, with our web hosting company, to resolve this extremely annoying issue. To no avail. Customers with email address not own by Verizon are receiving our emails just fine.
