White peppercorn is a peppercorn cleaned of its husk. Sarawack is very clean white peppercorn with a rich hot flavor. White peppercorn is used in light-colored dishes and whenever the specks of black peppercorns are not required. Sarawack has an excellent tannin somewhat hot flavor that is extremely pleasant in soups, chowders, desserts, and Asian dishes.
