Maison Perrotte - Bergamot Lemon The fruit grown in Southern France is an hybrid between a lemon and a bitter orange. Mostly known for the intense oil extracted from its skin and used in tea (Earl Grey). Crafted into a preserve, its intense flavor and fragrance make it a very tasty alternative to lemons.
