The millstones are made of "colombina" stone, and when rotating on the "pilla" , will produce the oil birth miracle. The "Colombino" is an excellent EVOO with a full and palatable taste combine in an intense gold color. This EVOO is not filtered, but just subjected to customary, periodic decantings.
