The city of Gragnano in Southern Italy is known for the birthplace of dry pasta about 1000 years ago, and Pastificio dei Campi for making the best pasta favored by renown Italian chef Massimo Bottura. These pasta have acquired a world renomee thanks to its very special high protein, locally grown, wheat.
A traditional pasta shape is what characterizes these Spaghetti pasta, measuring about 12 inch in size uncooked. Cooking time: 12 minutes.

Giuseppe and Giovanna Di Martino are the third generation of Gragnano pasta producers and the modern interpreters of a tradition that has been taken place in Gragnano for over 500 years. They decided to focus on quality, craftsmanship and respect for tradition. Quality is key at all levels of the production, from the sowing of the wheat to the drying of the pasta. They select the highest quality raw materials and pay extra attention at each phase of production in order to obtain pasta of superior quality.
