L'Epicerie is proud to introduce GALATEO&Friends, a new line of oil, vinegar, and condiment, as well as tabletop accessories sure to seduce all chefs. This new line is offered for the first time in the US, exclusively by L'Epicerie, and is a creation from renown Terre Bormane of Liguria Italy. These top of the line products have been carefully designed to complement elegance with ease-of-use. In clear glass or white porcelain all present a wide base to prevent unintended tilt over.
They are being presented in two different designs: The white porcelain designs for your most elegant table settings, and the "passe-partout" in clear glass that would fit well for everyday use.
What is it? A clean and clever presentation alternative to your "rince-doigts" dishes. Each "coin" or "puck" is a tightly packed towel made of recyclable material that will fully develop when in contact to water. Simply place it in a small dish, pour warm or hot water over it... et voila... a perfect companion to wipe your fingers after a lobster meal or a saucy rib dish! Tip: Place a branch of thyme or add a bit of lemon juice in the hot water to impart a more refreshing experience.
