Rigatoni: Like all the striped shapes (not intended for baked pasta dishes), rigatoni were originally produced for the northern Italian market, and Rome in particular; hence the celebrated Roman rigatoni, served with pajata.

Giuseppe and Giovanna Di Martino are the third generation of Gragnano pasta producers and the modern interpreters of a tradition that has been taken place in Gragnano for over 500 years. They decided to focus on quality, craftsmanship and respect for tradition. Quality is key at all levels of the production, from the sowing of the wheat to the drying of the pasta.
