Pralin Feuilletine - Filling with Paillete Feuilletine
A favorite for chocolates searching for a very light and buttery crispy bite (from the famed Feuilletine). It can be a pleasing addition or change to a layered cake such as in the Opera.
Ingredients: Sugar, finely crumbled biscuit (wheat flour, sugar, butterfat, milk sugar, milk proteins, salt, malt extract (barley), sodium bicarbonate added as raising agent) 23.0%, hazelnuts, almonds, sunflower oil, dry whole milk, cocoa fat, un-sweetened chocolate, soy lecithin as emulsifier, butterfat, sorbitol, natural vanilla flavor.
