Cacao Barry - Chocolate Batons Small These little chocolate batons from the reputable Cacao Barry company contain 44% cocoa and are used in recipes such as Pain au chocolat or chocolate croissants or broken up for recipes calling for chocolate morsels. Each baton measures 3 1/8 (8 cm) in length. Ten batons weighs approx. 1 3/4 oz. These chocolate batons are available in small and large sizes.
