Charcoal Black - AAA Food Grade powder color for chocolate decoration. These highly concentrated food color can be mixed with chocolate and/or cocoa butter to achieve the desired effect. Use tiny amounts and process with caution as these colors are extremely concentrated. They can be mixed together to obtain desired hue and/or intensity. Keep in a dry and cool place away from heat and humidity.
Please Note: These colors are used in professional bakeries throughout Europe. Please check your local regulations for use in the US commercially.
Use: Mix in melted cocoa butter and let it stand for about an hour before tempering the mix on a marble.
