Egg Yolk - Water soluble AAA Food Grade powder color. These highly concentrated food colors can be mixed with sugar or liquid to achieve the desired effect. Use tiny amounts and process with caution as these colors are extremely concentrated. They can be mixed together to obtain desired hue and/or intensity. Keep in a dry and cool place away from heat and humidity. Contains E102 (FD&C Yellow No. 5) and E124 - - Please Note: This color may not be suitable to use in food preparation in the US due to the presence of E124.
