Purple - Water soluble AAA Food Grade color. These highly concentrated food color can be mixed with sugar or liquid to achieve the desired effect. Use tiny amounts and process with caution as these colors are extremely concentrated. They can be mixed together to obtain desired hue and/or intensity. Keep in a dry and cool place away from heat and humidity. Contains E124 and E133 - Please Note: This color may not be suitable to use in food preparation in the US due to the presence of E124.
