Shiny Black E153 - Water soluble AAA Food Grade powder color. These highly concentrated food colors can be mixed with sugar or liquid to achieve the desired effect. Use tiny amounts and process with caution as these colors are extremely concentrated. They can be mixed together to obtain desired hue and/or intensity. Keep in a dry and cool place away from heat and humidity.
Please Note: Some studies have indicated that E153 might have carcinogenic properties when inhaled in large quantities. However, the levels used in foods are significantly lower and present minimal risk.
