Our Almond/Hazelnut Praline come in 4 different textures (bits of caramelized nuts in the mix):
- Very Fine (Extra Smooth)
- Fine (0 - 1mm, 0 - 1/16")
- Semi-Coarse (0 - 3mm, 0 - 1/8")
- Coarse (0 - 6mm, 0 - 1/4")
This premium Almond/Hazelnut Praline contains 30% roasted hazelnuts and 30% roasted almonds ground to a coarse mix (0 - 6 mm / 0 - 1/4") to add up a texture and bite to the praline.
Ingredients: Sugar 40%, whole Almonds 30%, whole hazelnuts 30%, fleur de sel, vanilla. May contains traces of nuts.
