They come drained (meaning you are not paying for the inexpensive syrup added with other brand), making them also easier and faster to enrobe in sugar, or chocolate or mix in dough for cakes recipes calling for colorful added texture. About Corsiglia - Interestingly, Andre Corsiglia began his career of master confectioner in 1870 in New York with his uncle Giovanni Batista Rafetto in Little Italy.
