All natural Cane Sugar Dark Brown Mollasses is a soft, moist, fine grained sugar with a distinctive toffee flavor. It is ideal for adding flavor to cake and cookies recipes and a favorite for BBQ marinades and tomato based sauces. It is a pure cane sugar produced on the beautiful Mauritius island. The natural molasses are not refined out leaving this sugar with a natural deep color and sweet aroma. Contains no preservatives.
Please Note: We have replaced this light brown sugar with Vergeoise Blonde. Vergeoises are fluid sugars that do not cake and have a pleasant caramel taste. You can find them HERE
