Penja White Peppercorns Harvested in the former French colony of Cameroon, where production of this exquisite peppercorn was introduced in the '50s, it is organically grown in the fertile volcanic soil of the Penja valley. It is greatly appreciated by gourmets in Europe for its unique flavor. This peppercorn is one of the rarest peppercorn with a very limited production almost entirely shipped to France. Its delicate and soft flavor makes it a perfect added touch to white meat, pork and rabbit, and mildly flavored fish. Just like with all peppercorns grinding it just before serving helps retaining its better quality.
