A unique blond chocolate with a creamy texture. Dulcey is sweet without being too sweet, showing intense aromas and a "dulce de leche" flavor combined with a pinch of salt.
Applications: Everything from ganache to ice-cream, beverages hot or cold, sauce and decoration. Not recommended for coating.
Ingredients:cocoa butter, sugar, whole milk powder, dried skimmilk whey, butter emulsifier (soya lecithin), natural vanilla extract. This product may contain traces of nuts, egg proteins, gluten, peanut.
Valrhona feves are easier to melt than bars -- does not require breaking and/or chopping -- Each feve weighs 3gr making it easy to weigh without a scale -- 19 feves equals 2 oz.
