Gianduja Nut Chocolate - Milk - Milk Chocolate with hazelnuts. This Gianduja paste, shown here on photo in melted form, is in solid form at room temperature. This Milk Gianduja is a variation from our Cacao Barry Gianduja Dark, offering a nice alternative for milk chocolate aficionados. Ideal for rapid bonbons confections and truffles - only a quick melting is required.
Ingredients: Sugar, Hazelnuts, Cocoa Butter, Whole Milk powder, Unsweetened chocolate. Emulsifier: soy lecithin. May contain other nuts.
